Network Coordinator

Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience

The Network Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of distributed partner shows. Reporting to the VP, this role will be responsible for ensuring that Realm maintains a best-in-class approach to partner communication and engagement. Candidate should be highly collaborative, an excellent project manager and detail-oriented, and generally fun and engaging. This role will require a great deal of hands-on communication, both internal and external.

Major responsibilities include:

SHOW MANAGEMENT Run hands-on onboarding and partner communication processes with network team Drive day-to-day partner communication with an eye toward retention and show success Identify opportunities for sales and audience development and coordinate activations with appropriate teams Assist in acquisition efforts by creating pitch materials, scheduling meetings, and other tasks as needed Coordinate and optimize in-network cross promo and feed drops, as well as external ad swaps with other networks Assist as appropriate with show-related opportunities including licensing, marketing and promotion, and events

INTERNAL OPERATIONS Ensure sales and marketing teams have all partner materials, and all partners have best practices Maintain key information systems (e.g. partner show database in Airtable, contracts and assets in Dropbox, etc.) Assist as needed with ad ops, including ad setup, trafficking, and reporting

Qualifications: You have at least 2 years of experience in partner management and/or operations roles, ideally in an entertainment setting You have excellent time management and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and balance deadlines You are a natural self-starter and are excited to proactively improve systems You’re comfortable challenging convention and have strong critical thinking skills that you use to develop an informed perspective You build trusted relationships with people in other functions and teams — you’re collaborative, patient, and are a strong communicator both internally and externally
