Being a teenager is tough, but growing up as a Prince in a far-off land with a mom who cares more about parties than the haunted forest that’s threatening to take over your kingdom? Impossibly tough. The Two Princes is a modern retelling of a classic fairytale that celebrates the joys and pitfalls of teenage romance, growing up, and facing your fears.

Follow Prince Rupert (Noah Galvin) as he sets out to break the curse that’s been looming over his kingdom (literally) for the last 18 years. He’s ready to face whatever dastardly villain or vile monster stands in his way, but what he isn’t prepared for are the bewildering new emotions he feels when he meets the strikingly handsome Amir (Ari’el Stachel), a rival prince on a quest to save his own realm from a similar threat.

Forced to team up and embark on a swashbuckling adventure together, our two heroes soon discover that the only thing more difficult than saving their kingdoms from destruction is following their hearts.

The Two Princes stars Noah Galvin (Booksmart, Dear Evan Hansen), Ari’el Stachel (Band’s Visit, Billions), Christine Baranski (The Good Wife, The Good Fight), Shohreh Aghdashloo (House of Sand and Fog, The Expanse), Matthew Rhys (The Americans), Samira Wiley (Orange Is the New Black, The Handmaid’s Tale). The Two Princes was written by Kevin Christopher Snipes and directed by Mimi O’Donnell. Gimlet’s executive producer for scripted fiction is Mimi O’Donnell.

The Two Princes will be available for free on Tuesday, June 4th on Spotify, and wherever podcasts are available. The exclusive launch sponsor for The Two Princes is The Farmer’s Dog.
