Stories from inspiring young people who have benefitted from learning about rugby and its values to help put them on a better path in life.

Journalist Nick Heath hears from some of the remarkable people who have been helped by HITZ, Premiership Rugby’s award-winning education and employability programme as they attend the 2019 HITZ Awards in London, as well as speaking to the evening’s host, former England and British & Irish Lions winger, Ugo Monye.

In 11 years, the programme has now supported more than 15,000 young people to make positive changes in their lives, raise their aspirations and enhance their futures. In this podcast, join Nick to hear for yourself the inspirational stories and the tireless work of all of our Premiership Rugby clubs in using rugby to inspire hard-to-reach young people across England.
