Christopher Duntsch war ein Neurochirurg, der Sicherheit ausstrahlte. Er behauptete, der Beste in Dallas zu sein. Wenn man Rückenschmerzen hatte und schon alles andere versucht hatte, konnte Dr. Duntsch bei einem die Wirbelsäulenoperation durchführen, die einem den Schmerz nehmen würde.

Aber bald stellten sich bei seinen Patienten die ersten Komplikationen ein und das Gesundheitssystem versagte dabei, sie zu schützen. Da drängt sich die Frage auf: wen - oder was - soll das System eigentlich schützen?
