Inspiring Naked Souls

A health & fitness and education podcast from Luke McDermott Jr and Amber Malcolm, Author

Most of us have been conditioned our entire lives to mask our emotions. Some of us have even been conditioned to believe that our feelings don’t matter. We start to shame them and lock them down deep inside ourselves because we are afraid to express them and to feel them. When they start to surface, we panic and do whatever it takes to distract ourselves from our feelings. We even go as far as to project them onto other people and blame them for how we feel when ultimately, we don’t even know how we feel because we don’t allow ourselves to feel what is surfacing. When an emotion is surfacing it’s because it needs to be seen and felt by you. It wants to leave but you won’t let it. You keep holding it there and making it part of your daily life. Allowing yourself to feel these emotions as they arise will be painful but it will also free you from the constant pain you feel by holding them in. If you’re ready to start uncovering your soul, one emotion at a time, the Inspiring Naked Souls podcast hosted by Amber Malcolm and Luke McDermott, Jr will help see you through! Join us every Tuesday for new episodes. We’ve been there, we are there and we are here for you! We are all in this together, you are not alone. #inspiringnakedsouls

This podcast may use dynamic content insertion and uses a unique domain

Stats: Statistics are produced by Libsyn and Podcorn to help Inspiring Naked Souls to understand how many downloads it is getting, or how many people are listening. Your device’s IP address and user agent is used to help calculate this figure. Libsyn is IAB v2 certified.

Dynamic content insertion: Libsyn may use limited data that they know about you - the device you’re using, the approximate location you’re in, or other data that can be derived from this, like the current weather forecast for your area - to change parts of the audio. Inspiring Naked Souls may do this for advertising or for other forms of content, like news stories.

Inspiring Naked Souls is able to use the above tools since its podcast host or measurement company offers this service. It doesn’t mean that this individual podcast uses them, or has access to this functionality. We use open data.

This podcast uses a unique RSS domain. This podcast is the only one that we’re aware of which uses a domain of for its RSS feed. Domains are always visible to anyone who can see your internet traffic - your internet service provider, employer or even your government - even when you use HTTPS connections. If your podcast app uses the RSS feed directly, like Apple Podcasts, then you can be tracked as a listener to this podcast every time your phone checks for a new episode.
