Hi und herzlich willkommen bei meinem Podcast “Jetzt lebendICH” :)
Dieser Podcast dreht sich um das Thema mentale Gesundheit. Ich selbst bereits drei Diagnosen in meinem Leben erhalten: Psychose, Depression und zuletzt die bipolare Störung. Ich möchte dich auf deinem Weg zu einem dauerhaft gesunden und glücklichen Leben unterstützen.
Zudem spreche ich über generell über persönliche Weiterentwicklung, damit du als Nichtbetroffene/r vielleicht ohne solche Umwege in ein befreites und selbstbestimmtes Leben starten kannst.
