Wie funktioniert Einfluss? Und wann ist es Manipulation? Sprache, Körpersprache und Denkmuster spielen ihre Rolle und oft ist uns nur ein kleiner Teil des Geschehens bewusst. Wir reagieren auf andere und vergessen, wie sehr andere auch auf uns reagieren. Weil wir die Macht der Situation und die Situationsdynamik unterschätzen, entstehen Fehleinschätzungen. Die Emotionen übernehmen allzu gerne das Kommando. dann handeln wir spontan - und wünschen uns später, wir könnten den Film zurückspulen und noch einmal neu starten.
Wer um die Funktionsweisen und Zusammenhänge weiß, kann Situationen bewusst gestalten und vorbereiten, Menschen gezielter erreichen und überzeugen und bessere Entscheidungen treffen.
