Leve med ME

«Leve med ME» er en podkast fra ME-foreningen. ME er en sykdom som rammer mange tusen mennesker og forskerne vet fortsatt ikke nok om sykdommen. Sykdommen rammer forskjellig, men er alvorlig også når den er mild. De friskeste har minst 50 prosent funksjonsnedsettelse, mens de sykeste knapt kan snakke. Sykdommen gir utmattelse, smerter, søvnvansker og kognitive problemer. Det mest karakteristiske symptomet er PEM - en forverring av alle symptomer etter anstrengelse. PEM kan vare i dager, uker eller måneder. I tillegg er det en rekke andre symptomer, som kan variere noe fra person til person. I denne podkasten vil vi gi nyttig informasjon om ME både for deg som har ME eller er interessert i å vite mer om sykdommen. Podkasten er i regi av ME-foreningen.
