Rising Beings
Criticism can cause negative self-talk and low self-esteem, but constructive criticism given respectfully can help identify areas for improvement. Destructive criticism is hostile and meant to shame. We can choose how to react to criticism, seeing it as an opportunity for growth. Rising Beings provides resources for personal growth, confidence-building, communication, and stress management. Developing high self-esteem requires self-love, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, goal-setting, and action-taking despite criticism.

Dynamic content insertion: Spotify for Podcasters may use limited data that they know about you - the device you’re using, the approximate location you’re in, or other data that can be derived from this, like the current weather forecast for your area - to change parts of the audio. Rising Beings may do this for advertising or for other forms of content, like news stories.
