The Chi Time podcast is all about your personal energy, and how to de-stress and recharge in effective and sustainable ways using age old techniques brought bang up to date by Clara your host and guide in the land of Chi.

The conversations, mini-practices and meditations shared are geared to help you nurture your relationship with your primal life-force energy, Chi, so you can access higher levels of health, wellness and creativity.

Each episode is an invitation to come into your Chi Time, giving energy, focus and love to yourself, no matter where you are, what you are doing or how you are feeling. By bringing your attention to what you can trust here and now, offer space to open into your spiritual awareness from nurturing your physical body.

Guests range from international Chi Kung and Meditation teachers, to sound healers, inspirational entrepreneurs, musicians, writers, space holders, hypnotherapists, film directors, storytellers, conscious DJ’s and more, all offering ways to help you cultivate your healing power, nourish your creativity, optimising healing for a healthy and harmonious life.

Clara is a UK based Elemental Qigong teacher trainer, intuitive energy mentor and FreeMind Hypnotherapy facilitator based near Glastonbury UK.

The show was originally created on a community radio station ExpressFM, grew through the Soul Traveller network and landed on www.ukhealthreadio.com for 4 years.
