I just did the yoga Nidra meditation, it was so powerful to be able to end my week with this. Thank you for your soft voice, your intentionality, and for bringing such a soothing comfort to so many. P. S. I almost nodded into sleep until my cat sat on my stomach, and did the rest of the meditation with me. 😂

I am new to the mediation space and this podcast has been a godsend. I love there are so many different categories and different lengths to fit your schedule and needs. I love her calming voice. Just amazing! I did the change one today and it was just what I needed as I am going through a heavy change with work.

I enjoy literally everything about Kelly. Her voice is so soothing and she is wise beyond her years. Her analogy of being okay with being someone’s “goat cheese” is priceless advice I think about daily.
