Festival founder Giles Gear said: “Cheerful Earful is a joyous celebration of the podcasts that keep us entertained and laughing week-in, week-out. As well as showcasing some of the country’s most popular pods, it’s a platform for smaller shows to connect with a new audience and grow. We are also indebted to Adelicious, our lead media partner, for their continued support of festival, which allows us to keep it free to perform for all the shows as well as our venue partner, the Three Cheers Pub Co., who backed us from the beginning!”.
